Drive gives every file, whether uploaded, generated, or delivered by an automation, one shared, permissioned home. Instead of a dashboard living only in the conversation that created it, or an upload having nowhere to go, everything lands in the same place: organized into folders, versioned, and shareable without ever leaving the product.

What lives in Drive

Three kinds of files land in the same store, with the same folder structure, sharing model, and UI:
  • Uploaded: You drag in a file or an entire folder tree from your device.
  • Persona AI generated: Anything Persona AI creates in a session, such as a dashboard, a doc, or a deck, is saved automatically and tagged with the session it came from.
  • Automation deliverables: Outputs from a scheduled or manual automation run are filed automatically into a folder for that automation.
Because Persona AI can read what’s already in Drive, it doesn’t just store your work. It becomes working memory. Asking Persona AI to “summarize last quarter’s board deck” works without re-uploading anything, as long as that deck is already in Drive.
