Once your dashboard is ready, you can share it with your team or embed it in external tools using the Share & Embed panel.

Opening the Share panel

Click the Share button in the top-right toolbar of any dashboard. The Share & Embed panel opens with three distribution methods. Share & Embed panel showing Email, Link, and Embed tabs with options for link expiration and sharing settings.

Distribution methods

Email

  1. Select the Email tab.
  2. Enter one or more email addresses.
  3. Assign a role — Editor (can modify) or Viewer (read-only).
  4. Add an optional personal message.
  5. Click Send Invite.
Recipients receive an email with a direct link to the dashboard with their assigned permissions.
  1. Select the Link tab.
  2. Choose a link expiration: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or Never.
  3. Click Generate Link and copy the URL.
Anyone with the link can view the dashboard. Expired links automatically revoke access.

Embed

  1. Select the Embed tab.
  2. Copy the generated HTML snippet.
  3. Paste the code into your website, internal wiki, or tool.
The embedded dashboard maintains real-time data updates and full interactivity.
Use Email for team collaboration with role management, Link for quick public sharing, and Embed to integrate dashboards into external systems such as Notion, Confluence, or internal portals.
